Automation for the work that quietly drains your margin
Physical robots, software robots and orchestration layers that remove manual effort from your factory floor, your warehouse and your back office — integrated with the ERP and CRM you already run.
Where automation pays for itself
Most organisations already know which processes are wasteful. What they lack is a partner who can automate them without creating a fragile web of scripts that nobody dares to touch six months later. Our automation work is deliberately boring in the best sense: version-controlled, monitored, documented and owned by people who will still be reachable next year.
On the physical side we build autonomous mobile robots and ROS 2 navigation stacks, vision-guided pick-and-place cells, and quality-inspection systems that run inference at the edge in single-digit milliseconds. On the software side we deploy RPA across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and green-screen legacy terminals, and we orchestrate the whole estate in self-hosted n8n or Power Automate.
The pattern that has proven most valuable is the hybrid: an AI model does the judgement work — reading a document, classifying a defect, scoring a claim — and an automation layer carries out the deterministic steps around it, with a human approval gate wherever the cost of a mistake justifies one.
What we automate
From the production line to the finance team's inbox.
Autonomous Mobile Robots & ROS 2
Navigation stacks, fleet coordination, SLAM mapping and safety systems for warehouse and facility robots, integrated with your WMS.
Vision-Guided Robotics & Inspection
Pick-and-place guidance, surface defect detection, dimensional verification and assembly validation running at line speed on edge hardware.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Attended and unattended bots across SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, web portals and legacy terminal applications — with exception handling that escalates rather than silently failing.
n8n Workflow Orchestration
Self-hosted n8n as an enterprise automation fabric: 400+ integrations, AI nodes, retries, approval gates and audit logging, without per-seat licensing that scales against you.
IoT, Telemetry & Digital Twins
Sensor ingestion, time-series pipelines, predictive maintenance models and digital twin dashboards for connected assets and field equipment.
Systems Integration
The connective work that makes automation possible: API layers over legacy systems, event buses, data contracts and reconciliation between systems that were never designed to co-operate.

How we approach automation
Four commitments we hold to on every engagement in this practice — and that you can hold us to.
-
01
Process first, tooling second
We map and often simplify the process before automating it. Automating a broken process just produces broken results faster.
-
02
Built to be maintained
Version control, environments, monitoring, alerting and documentation as standard. Your team can take ownership; you are not locked to us.
-
03
Licence-cost aware
Self-hosted n8n frequently replaces six-figure iPaaS renewals. We will tell you when the cheaper option is the better one.
-
04
Humans where they matter
Approval gates, confidence thresholds and clean escalation paths, so automation augments your team rather than creating unaccountable decisions.
A delivery model that de-risks the unknown
Fixed-scope discovery, then iterative delivery with working software in your hands every two weeks.
Discovery & Framing
Two to three weeks. We map the process, quantify the opportunity, test data readiness and return a costed architecture — yours to keep either way.
Architecture & Design
Solution architecture, security model, data flows, integration contracts and UX design, reviewed with your technical and compliance stakeholders.
Senior-Led Build
Two-week sprints, demoable increments, automated tests and CI/CD from sprint one. You see progress in a real environment, not a slide.
Validation & Hardening
Model evaluation, load and penetration testing, guardrail tuning, UAT with your users and a documented go-live runbook.
Launch, Support & Evolve
Managed go-live, 24/7 monitoring, cost optimisation and a quarterly roadmap so the platform keeps compounding value.
The stack we build production systems on
Chosen for longevity and total cost of ownership — never for novelty.
Model choice is a routing decision, not a loyalty test. Frontier models sit behind an abstraction so a cheaper — or in-region — model can take over a step without a rewrite, and every call is logged with its prompt version, latency and cost.
Infrastructure is code from the first week — no console clicks nobody can reproduce. Terraform describes the estate, containers carry the workloads, and the pipeline that deploys to production is the same one every engineer runs locally.
A lakehouse only earns its keep with governance. Bronze, silver and gold layers with contracts on the interfaces, tests on every transform, and lineage you can put in front of an auditor without a week of preparation.
.NET and TypeScript carry most of what we ship. Both have published support horizons, deep hiring pools across the Gulf and India, and no licensing surprise waiting three years out. Python joins them wherever the work is closer to the model than to the browser.
One codebase where the product allows it, native where the hardware demands it. Right-to-left layout, offline-first sync and store compliance are designed in at the start — each one is expensive to retrofit and all three are non-negotiable for a Gulf launch.
The value is rarely in the model — it is in the writeback. We connect to the ERP, CRM and ticketing systems the business already runs, with idempotent handlers, replay on failure and a dead-letter queue somebody actually watches.

Questions about Robotics and Automation
RPA follows deterministic rules — click here, copy this field, paste it there. It is fast, auditable and brittle when inputs vary. AI automation handles judgement: reading an unstructured document, classifying an image, scoring a risk. Most valuable systems combine both, with AI making the decision and RPA or an orchestration layer executing it.
Not always — it depends. Power Automate is the natural fit inside a Microsoft-heavy estate. UiPath is strong for large attended-bot deployments. Self-hosted n8n wins when you want full control of where data flows, want to embed AI steps directly in workflows, and do not want licensing costs that grow with every new automation. We deploy all three.
Yes. Arabic OCR and document understanding are core capabilities for us, including mixed Arabic-English documents, handwritten annotations and scanned government forms such as trade licences and Emirates ID.
A single well-defined process automation typically takes four to eight weeks including testing and change management. Robotics deployments involving physical hardware run three to six months depending on integration and safety certification requirements.
Every workflow ships with monitoring, alerting and defined exception paths. Failures raise an alert and route the item to a human queue rather than disappearing. Our support tiers cover incident response and ongoing maintenance.
