Inovsion designs and delivers agentic AI, generative AI and custom software for enterprises across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the GCC, the USA, Canada, the UK and India. Production systems on Azure, AWS, GCP and Databricks — not proof-of-concepts that stall.

Not a chat window. A traced, gated, observable sequence of steps that reads your documents, decides, writes back to your systems and knows when to stop and ask a human.
From autonomous AI agents to robotics, cloud platforms and the applications your teams use every day — one accountable partner, end to end.
We build AI that does real work: autonomous agents that action tasks across your stack, retrieval-augmented assistants grounded in your own documents, and fine-tuned models tuned to your domain, your language and your compliance boundaries.
Physical and software robots that remove manual effort — ROS 2 robotics, computer-vision inspection, RPA bots and n8n workflow orchestration wired into your ERP and CRM.
Web and enterprise applications built to last — .NET and Node back ends, React and Next.js front ends, plus ERP, CRM and SaaS platforms.
iOS and Android apps in Flutter, React Native, Swift and Kotlin — Arabic-ready, offline-tolerant and shipped through both stores.
Architecture, migration and cost optimisation on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and 24/7 observability baked in from day one.
Lakehouse platforms on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, real-time pipelines, dimensional modelling and governed BI your executives will actually trust.
Bilingual Arabic–English assistants for WhatsApp, web and voice that resolve real queries, escalate cleanly and integrate with your core systems.
Most AI programmes stall between the demo and production. Ours are engineered for the messy middle: integration, governance, cost and change management.
No juniors learning on your budget. Solution architects with 8–15 years of enterprise delivery lead the work and stay through to handover.
Evaluation harnesses, guardrails, observability, cost ceilings and rollback plans are part of the build — not a phase-two conversation.
Arabic-first NLP, RTL interfaces and locale-aware data handling are engineered in from the start, so Gulf deployments feel native rather than retrofitted.
UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL and SDAIA guidance, GDPR, HIPAA and in-country data residency on Azure UAE North, Saudi regions and beyond.
These are the patterns delivering value in production right now — and the ones our research team stress-tests before they reach your environment.
Autonomous agents that plan, call tools, write back to your systems and know when to stop and ask a human. Built on MCP, LangGraph and Semantic Kernel.
Hybrid semantic and keyword retrieval over your contracts, policies and tickets — with citations, freshness controls and access rules that mirror your org chart.
Model catalogue, prompt flow, evaluation, content safety and deployment governance on Microsoft's enterprise AI platform, with in-region hosting options.
Self-hosted n8n pipelines that connect AI to the 400+ tools you already run — approvals, retries, audit logs and no per-seat licensing surprises.
Arabic and English OCR, invoice and Emirates ID extraction, defect detection and safety monitoring on the edge or in the cloud.
Prompt-injection defence, PII redaction, model evaluation suites, human-in-the-loop gates and full audit trails for regulated industries.
From warehouse robots to back-office bots, we automate the work that quietly drains your margin.
Chosen for longevity and total cost of ownership — never for novelty.
Model choice is a routing decision, not a loyalty test. Frontier models sit behind an abstraction so a cheaper — or in-region — model can take over a step without a rewrite, and every call is logged with its prompt version, latency and cost.
Infrastructure is code from the first week — no console clicks nobody can reproduce. Terraform describes the estate, containers carry the workloads, and the pipeline that deploys to production is the same one every engineer runs locally.
A lakehouse only earns its keep with governance. Bronze, silver and gold layers with contracts on the interfaces, tests on every transform, and lineage you can put in front of an auditor without a week of preparation.
.NET and TypeScript carry most of what we ship. Both have published support horizons, deep hiring pools across the Gulf and India, and no licensing surprise waiting three years out. Python joins them wherever the work is closer to the model than to the browser.
One codebase where the product allows it, native where the hardware demands it. Right-to-left layout, offline-first sync and store compliance are designed in at the start — each one is expensive to retrofit and all three are non-negotiable for a Gulf launch.
The value is rarely in the model — it is in the writeback. We connect to the ERP, CRM and ticketing systems the business already runs, with idempotent handlers, replay on failure and a dead-letter queue somebody actually watches.

“Inovsion took a process we had written off as impossible to automate and had a working system in production in nine weeks. The accuracy on Arabic documents was the part that surprised us most — it comfortably beat the vendor we had trialled before.”
“What sets them apart is that they argued us out of two features we did not need. That saved real budget. The platform has been live for over a year with no unplanned downtime.”
“We had a Databricks estate nobody could explain and costs climbing every month. Their team restructured the pipelines and cut our monthly spend by roughly a third while making the data faster to query.”
“The AI assistant they built now handles the majority of first-line queries in both Arabic and English. Our support team finally has time for the complex cases.”
“Communication was the differentiator. Weekly demos, honest status, and no surprises at the end of a sprint. Rare in this industry.”
“They embedded three engineers with our team in Toronto and were productive inside two weeks. The seniority was genuine, not a CV exercise.”

Read articleInovsion is an AI-first technology company. We design and build artificial intelligence systems (agentic AI, generative AI, RAG assistants, computer vision), robotics and process automation, custom web and mobile applications, and the cloud and data platforms underneath them. We work across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and India.
Our regional headquarters is in Dubai, UAE, and our engineering centre is in Bengaluru, India. We deliver regularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha, Kuwait City, Muscat and Manama, as well as for clients in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Engagements can be on-site, hybrid or fully remote.
Yes. We deliver bilingual programmes end to end — Arabic-first NLP, right-to-left interfaces, Arabic OCR and document extraction, and Arabic-speaking solution architects for workshops and stakeholder sessions. Our own website is available in both languages.
Discovery takes two to three weeks and produces a costed architecture. A focused production pilot — for example a RAG assistant or a document-extraction pipeline — typically reaches live use in six to twelve weeks. Larger platform programmes run three to nine months, delivered in two-week increments so value lands early.
Focused pilots generally start around US$25,000. Mid-sized platforms fall between US$75,000 and US$200,000, and multi-year enterprise programmes go beyond that. We price discovery separately and fixed, so you can decide on the full build with a real number rather than an estimate.
Yes — that is the majority of what we do. We integrate with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo, custom ERPs and legacy databases, and we can work with on-premise, cloud or hybrid estates. Where data is not ready, we say so during discovery.
You choose. We deploy to Azure UAE North, Saudi Arabia regions, AWS Bahrain, UK, US, Canada and India regions, or into your own tenant or data centre. We build to UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL and SDAIA guidance, GDPR and HIPAA as your context requires, with encryption, access control and full audit logging.
All three, depending on your constraints. Azure AI Foundry is common for Microsoft-centric enterprises and in-region hosting. AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI suit teams already on those clouds. Open-weight models via Ollama or vLLM are the right answer when data cannot leave your network or when unit economics matter at volume.
Yes. We offer managed support tiers covering monitoring, incident response, model evaluation and drift checks, security patching, cloud cost optimisation and a quarterly improvement roadmap. Many clients keep a small embedded team for continuous delivery.
